Our health and wellbeing packages can cover a full category (all topics within the chosen category) delivered in a structure driven by your business needs. You are able to choose a series of 1 - 1.5 hour presentations, half days or full days. Additionally, you are able to negotiate a selection of these choices. We want to ensure that your business and staff get the most out the times allocated.

We recommend the health and wellbeing categories outlined. The topics in each category flow together and result in an enhanced understanding and skill set in the chosen category of wellbeing. However, if you cannot see a category that suits your business needs, or would like to cover unrelated topics, we can tailor a set of topics that will suit your needs.

Costs will be aligned with the amount of sessions required plus a 15% discount.
