Consultation categories and topics
We have designed a set of categories that are central to health and wellbeing. In each category there are several topics that relate to the category. We recommend the health and wellbeing categories outlined below. The topics in each category flow together and result in an enhanced understanding and skill set in the chosen category of wellbeing. However if you cannot see a category that suits your business or personal needs, or would like to cover unrelated topics, we can tailor a set of topics that will suit your needs.
We understand businesses want to offer their staff opportunities to engage in any workshops they feel beneficial to their health and wellbeing. Finding not only the right amount of time that staff may be able to take out of a working week, but the right time of the day can be difficult. Hence, we offer not only many topics under our categories to choose from together with many different structures of presentation. Ranging from 1 hour lunch presentations to packages of presentations that can be engaged over any time frame that fits the needs of your business. Please go the fee overview page to choose a package structure that suits your needs or feel free to contact us and we can work through a structure and categories that work for you.
